PRESEASON 2012
PHUHS JV VOLLEYBALL
We welcome all incoming freshman and sophomores interested in trying out for Girls Volleyball.
Plan on attending a meeting on August 14th followed by open gym. Come dressed and ready to play in the gym.
Open gym for all interested players
August 14 & 16 from 3:30-5:00
TRYOUTS will be:
- August 21st from 2:15-4:00
- August 22nd from 3:30-5:30
Varsity Preseason Tournament-
Tuesday, August 21st:
- PHU vs. Seminole 5:00
- Cside vs Tarpon 7:00
Thursday, August 23rd:
- PHU vs. Cside 5:00
- Seminole vs. Tarpon 7:00
JV Open Gym- August 14th, 16th. Time TBD.
It is VERY important that all required paperwork is completed prior to conditioning. No athlete is allowed to participate until ALL of the forms are correctly filled out and completed. The forms are available online. Click on both participation forms and student insurance which are in grey rectangles on the right side of the screen. Please note the participation form must be notarized and a copy of your school insurance confirmation must be printed and added to the packet. This paperwork is required to participate in any sport at PHU, so once these are turned in you are set for the entire school year.
Volleyball is extremely competitive at PHU as our program continues to progress and get stronger every season. This is due to the hard work and dedication of our coaches, student-athletes, managers, parents, and PHU faculty. I look forward to seeing the new talents of the class of 2016.
